Canadian Hadassah-WIZO (CHW) is a non-political, non-partisan national network of dedicated volunteers and professionals who strongly believe that the advancement of childcare, education, healthcare, and women’s issues transcends politics, religion and national boundaries.

For over 100 years, CHW has been making a positive and lasting impact on all aspects of Israeli society, from daycare centres, youth villages, and schools to hospitals, women’s centres, parental hotlines, and programs for the elderly. Since 1917, CHW has been passionately supporting programs and services for Children, Healthcare, and Women in Israel and Canada.

At CHW Toronto Centre, we have been supporting valuable projects and initiatives such as Stella’s Place (Young Adult Mental Health) and CYJ (Canadian Young Judaea Summer Camps). CHW Toronto Centre also provides significant leadership development opportunities to our members, ensuring that the communities we support – both here and in Israel – continue to thrive under dedicated and skilled leaders and supporters.
